Besides his work as primary caregiver he regularly gives courses in the field of nutrition with regard to different conditions. He organizes cooking classes and workshops and holds lectures and briefings.

As a dietitian, my approach to helping individuals with their nutrition is centered around personalized care and evidence-based practices. Orthomolecular Medicine
In the orthomolecular treatment approach, the primary goal is to obtain as many essential and beneficial nutrients from the diet while minimizing harmful substances. Unfortunately, even for a healthy individual, it is nearly impossible to consume optimal amounts of certain nutrients solely through food. The most well-known example of this is folic acid.
Most diseases originate from a disrupted gut flora. That’s why we believe that your intestines form the foundation of your health. Healthy intestines are synonymous with a healthy body.
